  • Realtors can collect and promote positive feedback from home buyers and sellers through easy-to-use functionalities.

The largest local association, the Miami Association of Realtors, today announced that its 40,000+ agents will be able to access their performance evaluations through the RealSatisfied platform.

The performance evaluation platform sends home buyers and sellers a survey after a transaction has closed on behalf of the Realtor. Through the RealSatisfied API and the Miami Real Estate Transaction Standards (RETS) feed, a reminder will be sent at the end of each transaction to pass along the survey.

“Miami prides itself on providing the best, leading-edge products and services to our members,” said Teresa King Kinney, CEO of the Miami Association of Realtors.

“RealSatisfied will help our members better serve consumers, contributing to enhanced performance and success. We are excited to add RealSatisfied to our more than 100 premium products and services that position our members to compete and excel in today’s market.”

The product is intended to not only make the evaluation process streamlined, but to help agents share positive feedback on their websites and social media networks via simple widgets.

Recommendations from home buyers and sellers can be automatically shared to third-party services as well. With the growing importance of agent reviews, the integration streamlines the process for all members of Miami Association of Realtors.

“The amount of detail contained in the survey responses is substantial,” said Kinney, “we were impressed with the how easy the platform is to use and how simple they have made sharing the customer satisfaction data and testimonials. Their approach to data ownership is refreshing and one that we support.”
