While a growing number of agents utilize online marketing as their primary avenue to connect with or attract potential clients, real estate remains a business where a personal touch often sets an agent apart.
One website, KidsToGoBox.com, gives agents the opportunity to inexpensively help their clients’ during the moving process — with a focus on their children.
“The Kids To Go Box can help demonstrate your sensitivity to the stresses that families face,” according to the site, which points out that moving homes can be especially hard on kids – who are leaving their friends, school and home they loved.
The “transition boxes” allow kids to store and carry their dearest possessions with them during the move. The outside of the boxes features games and color activities.
A specific part of the box is also reserved for an agent’s personalized graphic logo or peel-away business card.
Currently the boxes run for $3.50 a piece if a minimum of 48 are purchased by an agent. If only 12 are purchased, the price per box increases to $4 — a minimal investment in comparison to other forms of marketing.
