Fidelity National Financial announced that Mike Nolan and Roger Jewkes have been appointed co-chief operating officers. “Mike and Roger have provided valuable senior leadership for our title operations for many years,” said Chairman William P. Foley II in a statement. “These promotions acknowledge their extremely successful leadership, and we look forward to both continuing to lead our title operations to the industry-leading profitability we have enjoyed in the past.”

Juwai.com appointed Jennifer Berman as its first-ever Ambassador in the United States. “I’m honored to be representing Juwai.com as the single biggest resource for smart agents who want to appeal to international buyers,” said Berman in a statement. “Chinese buyers spent $52 billion on American real estate last year, and the estimates are for them to be spending about $220 billion per year by 2020.”

Lisa Korade is the new branch manager at the Great Falls, Virginia, office of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Supporting today’s real estate sales professionals takes a highly knowledgeable, experienced leader,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, in a statement. “We are confident that adding Lisa to the Long & Foster leadership team will result in the synergy that our agents thrive on.”
