Lyon Real Estate has teamed with VHT Studios — a national photography service — to streamline its brokerage operations and hopefully close listings quicker.
“Sellers expect the absolute best in online, mobile and print marketing for their home. And, professional photography is the most critical component in achieving that,” said Pat Shea, president of Lyon Real Estate.
VHT Studios’ services for Lyon will allow agents to have a photographer on-site within three days of scheduling — with photo editing complete within one to two days. Additionally, VHT Studios will create interactive floor plans and virtual staging for each property
Photos will be integrated with Lyon’s content management system to allow real-time image availability for listings in print ads or any digital platform.
A proprietary MLS override will allow agents to upload high-resolution images to the MLS, whereas otherwise the upload would result in grainy, poor-quality photographs.
Prior to this partnership, VHT Studios was recently in the news when it filed a copyright infringement suit against Zillow in mid-July. VHT alleged Zillow had illegally used hundreds of VHT photos on Zillow Digs – a home improvement section of its site.
