Aug. 17
Joanne Bradford is the new chief operating officer at SoFi, a marketplace lender. “I’m thrilled to add Joanne to SoFi’s executive team,” said Mike Cagney, SoFi CEO and co-founder, in a statement. “Her track record leading high-growth companies speaks for itself, and we look forward to her contributions as we accelerate our transformation of financial services.”

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty has hired Patricia Moroney as an associate director of its upper-tier marketing program. “Patricia Moroney has consistently demonstrated both an outstanding work ethic and considerable talent as a real estate agent,” said Daniel Gale Sotheby’s President and CEO Patricia Petersen in a statement. “Her marketing savvy and impeccable ethics make her a highly respected member of our team.”
Robert Burns will join Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group as president effective Sept. 1, 2015. “There are tremendous opportunities ahead,” said Burns in a statement. “There is a strong culture of integrity and a competitive spirit at Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group, Realtors.”

Patti Bonner, Stewart Title Guaranty Company’s agency services district manager for the South Central States district, has been appointed as 2015-2016 Texas Land Title Association (TLTA) president. “Patti has proven herself to be a leader within Stewart, the Texas community and the real estate industry at large,” said Pat Beall, group president, agency services, in a statement. “Her 31-plus years of title industry experience at Stewart lend well to leading TLTA in its future endeavors.”
Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty named Jonathan Evans as its chief technology officer. “We are very pleased to welcome a professional of his skills and experience to our marketing and technology team,” said Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty President and CEO Patricia Petersen in a statement. “Technology is the most significant driver of customer service, and Jon will help to keep us on the cutting edge with tools that benefit our clients, customers and sales agents.”
Kevin Heniff is the new director of business development with Agent Ace. “In his new role, Kevin will be responsible for sourcing new affinity partner deals and working with the team to develop and manage existing relationships,” said Agent Ace representatives in a statement. “He comes to Agent Ace with a strong background in business development within prominent Chicago-based technology companies, including Vivid Seats, Groupon and Travelzoo. Kevin will be based in Chicago, Illinois.”
Aug. 20
Comergence, which provides third-party vendor and risk management platforms to the mortgage industry, hired Dave Crugnale as its business development manager. “Dave‘s vast experience in the mortgage industry makes him perfectly suited to grow our lender and correspondent customer base,” said Greg Schroeder, president of Comergence, in a statement. “He has knowledge and capability in the areas of both mortgage lending and appraisals, and will be a great asset to Comergence as we continue to expand.”
T.J. Lile has been appointed as a director for the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association (CMLA). “T.J. is a great addition to the board,” said Tim Harder, president of the board of directors at CMLA, in a statement. “He has thoroughly shown his commitment to the CMLA over the past few years.”
United Wholesale Mortgage created a new role, chief operating officer, and promoted Melinda Wilner to occupy it.
Michelle Arrington is the new project manager at HAP Investments, a real estate investment and development company. “We are delighted to have Michelle join the HAP team as project manager,” said Eran Polack, co-founder and CEO of HAP Investments, in a statement. “Michelle brings an immense amount of knowledge and experience in both commercial and residential real estate.”
Engel & Völkers announced that James Corcoran joined the North America headquarters team as director of finance. “James’ achievements in the financial sector and innate knowledge of the real estate industry make him the perfect fit for this role,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America, in a statement. “His experience will provide a key counterpart to our North American team to ensure that Engel & Völkers continues to provide premium service at all levels throughout our ongoing expansion efforts.”

Margaret McClung has been promoted to agency services manager for the state of Georgia with Stewart Agency Services Group. “Margaret has been instrumental in the success of Stewart in Georgia independent title agencies,” said Tracey Webb, senior vice president, Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern States agency district manager, in a statement. “Her extensive real estate experience and understanding of customers’ needs in a variety of markets are tremendous assets as she serves Georgia in her new role.”
Stewart Title announced that Sandra Parry has been named senior division president for the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota, and Steve Graff is the new division president overseeing the Illinois division. “We are very excited to have secured two exceptional leaders like Sandra and Steve for these roles,” said Marty Albertson, group senior vice president at Stewart Title, in a statement. “Their invaluable experience will help us strengthen our positions in these important Midwest markets.”
