A killer mini-movie is the one we made for legendary luxury Realtor George Harvey’s listing at 529 Benchmark Drive. This mini-movie targeted a buyer who had spent far too much of his life making money and not enough time enjoying his family.
The storyline showed exactly how this family retreat could help make up for that lost time. We even had one of our talented singer-songwriters in Nashville write and record a custom song specifically for this home.
After languishing on the market for years with another Realtor, our mini-movie helped Harvey sell this home in only a few months for $6.4 million.
