Karen Herrera
Karen Herrera is the new director of marketing and communications at T3sixty. “As T3sixty expands into validating its role as the largest information and management consulting in the real estate industry, we welcome adding Karen as a new member to the T3sixty team,” said Jack Miller, president of T3sixty, in a statement.
Peter Turtzo
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices announced that Peter Turtzo is the company’s new senior vice president of international operations. “Peter brings a wealth of experience in international real estate franchising to our organization,” said HSF Affiliates LLC CEO Gino Blefari in a statement. “He’s also a third-generation real estate broker who understands the opportunities and challenges of today’s brokerages.”
Bob Bemis
Bob Bemis has been appointed to interim CEO of the East Bay Regional Data MLS. Bemis is the former CEO of the Arizona Regional MLS and a former Zillow vice president.

Riccardo Brizzi
Kirk Willison
Altisource announced that Riccardo Brizzi will be its new chief client officer, and Kirk Willison its new senior vice president of government and industry relations.
Kathy Gushwa
Kathy Gushwa is Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty’s new manager of its Windermere/Dr. Phillips and Lake Nona marketing centers. “Kathy is a successful, driven individual who is imminently qualified for her new role and for continued growth of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty in the markets, which include Windermere, Dr. Phillips, the Disney area and ChampionsGate, as well as Lake Nona, Medical City and St. Cloud,” Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said in a statement.
Murshid Khan
RealTek Holdings, a real estate holding company, announced that David Boatner will be its new chief executive officer and Murshid Khan its new chief operating officer. “I am thrilled to be part of the RealTek leadership team and excited for the opportunity to help build the company into a market leader in integrated technology and lead generation that will revolutionize the residential brokerage industry by creating leverage and growth for all types of real estate brokerages,” said Khan in a statement.
Terry LeClair
Terry LeClair is the new senior vice president of sales with First Team Real Estate. “Terry has been a visionary in the use of technology over the last three decades in helping buyers and sellers achieve incredible values while building organizations that help develop great agents as well,” said Mark Hughes, COO for First Team Real Estate, in a statement. “Having him on our team is a critical asset as we build First Team into its next 40 years.”

Arthur Charlaftis has been appointed a nonexecutive director at iProperty Group.
Liza Warner
After four years at Associated Banc-Corp, Liza Warner is back at consulting and internal audit firm CrossCheck as its managing director.

Svenja Gudell
Zillow promoted its former senior director of economic research to chief economist. Dr. Svenja Gudell will replace Dr. Stan Humphries in the position, who is now Zillow Group’s chief analytics officer and chief economist. “I have worked closely with Svenja for the past four years, and I’m thrilled to promote her to this new role,” Humphries said in a statement. “Zillow’s economic research team is focused on providing homeowners, buyers and sellers with valuable and actionable insight, based on rigorous data analysis. Svenja is well-suited to continue that work.”
