Who got hired or promoted this week? Here’s our weekly rundown, in chronological order.

July 27

Rob Barber

Rob Barber will take over as RealtyTrac’s CEO on Aug. 17, replacing current CEO Jamie Moyle, who will head the innovation committee on the company’s board of directors. “Rob Barber will make an amazing addition to the team and will build on the success and momentum that RealtyTrac has going into 2016,” said Moyle in a statement. “RealtyTrac is a dream come true for me and I’m thrilled to be joining the company at such an important time,” added Barber.

Genady Vishnevetsky

Title insurance provider Stewart Information Services Corp. announced that Genady Vishnevetsky was hired as its new chief information security officer. “Genady brings more than two decades of leadership and technical expertise in security and technology operations to his new role,” said Brad Rable, Stewart’s chief information officer, in a statement. “I know he will enhance our current Security and Compliance team and am excited that he will be joining Stewart.”

Lori Davis

Lori Davis has been hired as one of Pinnacle’s regional property managers. “Lori’s leadership will be instrumental in preparing our team for the future,” said Toni Rials, regional vice president of the north Texas and Arkansas territories for Pinnacle, in a statement. “As the Dallas market continues to expand, her focus on elevating our team’s capabilities and talent will help us capture new business and better serve our existing clients.”

Maryanne Moyers

Long & Foster Real Estate’s Woodbridge/Prince William County Parkway office in Woodbridge, Virginia, announced that Maryanne Moyers is the new sales manager. “Supporting today’s real estate sales professionals takes a highly knowledgeable, experienced leader,” said Boomer Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, in a statement. “We are confident that adding Maryanne to the Long & Foster leadership team will result in the synergy that our agents thrive on.”

Dave King

Long & Foster also hired Dave King as its new managing broker in the firm’s Leesburg and Purcellville, Virginia, offices. “It’s a tremendous opportunity for me to lead the teams of distinguished agents at Long & Foster’s Leesburg and Purcellville offices, and I look forward to helping these real estate professionals to achieve even greater success in the business,” King said in a statement. “While I’ll miss working with our staff and real estate agents in the Reston/North Hills office, I’m certain we’ll collaborate on joint endeavors in the future, which will benefit our entire region.”

Leslie Wilson

Leslie Wilson is the new senior executive vice president and managing director of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM). “Leslie is an outstanding addition to our organization,” said Susan de França, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, in a statement. “Leslie’s extensive experience in both finance and the overall real estate development process will be instrumental in supporting our mission as we expand globally and continue to grow our new development portfolio.”

Michael Supple

WFG National Title Insurance Co. appointed Michael Supple as a sales representative in its New England Agency Group. WFG National Title is the fastest-growing national title insurance underwriting company and a full-service provider of title insurance and real estate settlement services for commercial and residential transactions.

John Mentis

Long & Foster Real Estate made another hire — John Mentis was named the new sales manager of the company’s Arlington, Virginia, office. “I’m thrilled to take on this new role at Long & Foster and excited to join Suzanne in leading the team of highly trained professionals at our Arlington office,” said Mentis in a statement. “Having worked with the Long & Foster team for many years, I know that the firm not only attracts the highest caliber sales associates and clientele, but also provides their team with the best and latest tools, technology and training.”

Russell Anderson

Russell Anderson has been named Guardian Mortgage’s new president and chief executive officer. Marcia Anderson, who held the position for 27 years, announced her retirement.
