June 29
Peter Hirsch has joined Ellie Mae as executive vice president of technology and operations. “I am delighted to be joining a true innovator in the mortgage industry,” Hirsch said in a statement. “Ellie Mae’s commitment to transforming the way lenders do business is important work, and the broad effect the company has had in the industry made this a unique opportunity.”
Architecture, design and planning firm Montroy Andersen DeMarco hired James Cifuentes as a project manager. “James Cifuentes’ experience in designing large and complex projects, both in the United States and internationally, will tremendously benefit MADGI’s clients. His expertise will help project teams develop collaborative procedures, accelerate design and construction schedules, and streamline interactions with design and zoning approval authorities,” said MADGI Principal Richard DeMarco in a statement.

Roy McGregor joined MyAMC as the vice president of national sales. “Roy will be an incredible asset to the leadership team here,” Mills Landon, managing director of MyAMC said, “He thoroughly understands the needs of our partners and can help us manage to the expectations of the nation’s best mortgage companies.”
Kansas City Realtors Association has hired Kipp Cooper as its CEO.
July 1
Mortgage Bankers Association announced two staff promotions. Alicia Payne Roundy is now the associate vice president of digital marketing strategies, and Mike Wheeden is now the senior director of education business development.
RealtyMogul.com is expanding; the online peer-to-peer marketplace for real estate investing has added Ryan Sakamoto as its in-house general counsel and also hired Michael Sanchez and Charles A. Doug Goss joined the board of directors of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors. “We are pleased to have someone of Doug’s caliber join our Board of Directors,” commented SCCAOR CEO Neil Collins in a statement. “With his real estate experience, working knowledge of the industry and brokerage expertise, Doug will be a terrific addition.”

Greg Mark has been promoted to senior vice president at multifamily management firm Pinnacle. Pinnacle, one of the nation’s leading multifamily management firms, announced today that Greg Mark has been promoted to senior vice president to expand the company’s operations and client relationships along the east coast. “Greg’s promotion is a direct reflection of the operational accomplishments and unit growth Pinnacle has experienced under his guidance this past year,” said Woody Stone, executive vice president of Pinnacle’s eastern division, in a statement.
