Laura Monroe

James Day
James Day was named regional manager of Sacramento for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties. “Jim is the perfect fit for our leadership team in Sacramento,” said Gretchen Pearson, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties, in a statement.
Bill Dochterman
The new chief operating officer at NextAce is Bill Dochterman. “Bill is a talented leader who brings key experience within the data, analytics, and technology industries,” said NextAce CEO Don Cantral in a statement.
June 23
Property Debt Research announced that Patrick Emrich joined its team as chief operating officer. “Patrick is an industry veteran who has strong title industry knowledge that makes him an excellent fit for our company. I am confident that our clients will benefit from his expertise and we are thrilled to have him on our team,” said Bruce Russell, CEO of Property Debt Research, in a statement.

Jose Perez
After the Proxio/PCMS Consulting partnership, Jose Perez became executive vice president of global sales at Proxio. “When Proxio approached me about helping with their expansion plans, I was impressed with their approach to international real estate, collaborative networking and project marketing. The synergies were too good to pass up,” Perez said in a statement.

Ted Faust
Ted Faust is the new president of the Tennessee Land Title Association. “We are in a time of tremendous transformation and challenges in the title industry, and I am excited about working with our board of directors, committee chairs and TLTA members in preparation for the upcoming changes,” said Faust in a statement.
