June 1
Douglas Elliman welcomed Roy Kim as its new chief creative officer for development marketing. Kim was previously employed at Compass as the head of new development.
Stephen Bounsanga was named Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty’s an International Marketing Specialist in the firm’s Orlando-Dr. Phillips Marketing Center. Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said in a statement that Bounsanga will focus on representing buyers and sellers in the Dr. Phillips/Windermere region of Central Florida.
RealtyTrac announced that Lesley Churchill was appointed as its director of online sales. “Lesley’s wealth of advertising experience and industry knowledge has already made her a valuable asset to RealtyTrac,” said Mike Sawtell, RealtyTrac EVP/GM of Data Solutions, in a statement.
Richard K. Green, director of the University of Southern California Lusk Center for Real Estate, was named the senior advisor for housing financy by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. “After dedicating my career to the study of housing economics and providing research and information intended to guide our country’s housing policy, it’s an honor to be invited to the front lines of our nation’s effort to provide safe, affordable housing to all,” Green said in a statement.

Adam Levinson joined Capital Square Realty Advisors as strategic advisor of finance. Andrew Foster (senior accountant), Caroline Greber (investor relations closing administrator) and Laura Mauser (administrative accounting assistant) also joined Capital Square. “Since our founding in 2012, Capital Square Realty Advisors has grown tremendously and we have been fortunate to add exceptional talent to the team along the way to better serve our investors,” said Louis Rogers, founder and chief executive officer of Capital Square Realty Advisors, in a statement. “Adam is a recognized expert in the financial arena, with invaluable experience. He, along with Andrew, Caroline and Laura, strengthen Capital Square Realty Advisors. I am very pleased to welcome them to the Capital Square family.”

Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) appointed Janice Dumont as a Partner of BRA and the CEO of its residential brand extension, Advisors Living. Advisors Living is described as “a one-of-a-kind full-service agency that combines a team of dedicated agents, talented researchers and the only 24-hour service desk in the industry to service each client, sale and transaction.”
Clayton Holdings, a provider of loan due diligence, surveillance, REO management, pricing and consulting services to the mortgage industry, announced that Suzanne Singer joined the company as senior managing director of business development. “I’m confident Suzanne’s experience and commitment to customer service will make her an excellent addition to our team and help us identify and drive strategic initiatives that will better serve our clients and the industry,” said Tom Donatacci, Clayton’s executive vice president of sales and marketing, in a statement.
Mitchell E. Rudin was named the new chief executive officer of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, and Michael J. DeMarco will serve as Mack-Cali’s president and chief operating officer. “Following an extensive process undertaken by Mack-Cali’s board of directors, in consultation with a leading executive search firm, we are excited to have attracted senior leaders with such a broad and complementary range of skills and experience to lead the Company forward,” said William Mack, chairman of the Mack-Cali Realty Corporation board, in a statement.

Brooke Auclair Schneider joined Douglas Elliman Development Marketing’s South Florida development marketing team as the senior marketing director. “We are thrilled that Brooke has joined our team,” said Susie Glass, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida, in a statement. “Her expertise in marketing strategies combined with her innovation, creativity and strong background will be an asset to our clients.”
