Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty broker Ulrich Salzgeber was appointed the new CEO of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors.

Jane O’Connor was appointed an International Luxury Home Specialist at Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty’s Heathrow Real Estate Marketing Center in Lake Mary. “Jane is an experienced sales professional residing in Flagler Beach,” said Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, in a statement. “She will be marketing Flagler County nationally and internationally through Stirling Sotheby’s exclusive global marketing network.”

Michael Goldban joined The Rockefeller Group as senior vice president and regional development officer for the northeast region. “We welcome Michael to The Rockefeller Group and look forward to his contributions to our existing and future development initiatives throughout the Northeast,” said Atsushi Nakajima, president and chief executive officer for The Rockefeller Group, in a statement. “We continue to broaden and strengthen The Rockefeller Group’s development capabilities nationally, and Michael’s experience and leadership will be instrumental as we become increasingly active throughout the Northeast over the next few years.”
LRES, a national appraisal and REO management company, announced that Ken Shepardson was hired as the new vice president finance/controller. “Ken’s in-depth experience as a corporate controller has prepared him well to assist LRES’ accounting efforts,” said Roger Beane, LRES founder and CEO, in a statement.
