This week’s edition of Inman’s #toplistingvids features a faceoff among three listing videos aimed at showcasing the lifestyles offered by the homes they feature.

Vote for which video you think is best in the poll below!

The first video features a $1.7 million, nine-bath, six-bedroom beachfront mansion in Stratford, Connecticut, from Re/Max Heritage Real Estate and listing agent Virginia Klein.

Re/Max Heritage Real Estate co-owner and marketing director Carrie Perkins shot and edited the film. Perkins’ friends and family play the part of the “actors” in the video.

The next video, showcasing a $25 million compound that occupies the tip of a small peninsula in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, features ample drone footage and a lone actress, accentuated by a light, racy touch.

Listed by Robert Kinlin with Robert Paul Properties Inc. and dubbed “Seapoint Estate,” the home features a sprawling, luxurious layout — elements that the video highlights.

The third video in this week’s contest comes from Australia-based video production firm PlatinumHD, which highlights a three-bed, two-bath home on Australia’s Byron Bay listed by Liam Annesley with LJHooker Byron Bay.

By including almost no shots of the home and none of its interior, the video takes lifestyle marketing further than the first two films. Its footage focuses primarily on how a couple and their children could enjoy the home and the ocean nearby.

Voting closes at midnight Eastern time on Thursday, May 14. The winner will be announced on Monday, May 18.

Like #toplistingvids’ first winner, produced by the luxury marketing firm Ruhm Inc., the announcement of this week’s top video will be accompanied by an in-depth interview with the listing agent or production company (or both) about the filming of the video, the exposure the video has gotten so far and the art of producing top-notch listing videos.

Next week’s contest will feature listing videos in which the listing agent plays a part, either in voice-over, screen time or actual videography/editing. Get your submissions in now by  tweeting a link to the video with the hashtag “#toplistingvids” or by emailing a link to the video to paul@inman.com with “#toplistingvids” in the subject line.
