Real estate software giant Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. has rebranded the data management system for boards and associations it acquired in January, Millennium Real Estate Solutions Inc., as ListCENTRAL.
Lone Wolf says ListCENTRAL, which offers listing management, marketing and other services to boards and associations and their members, services over 11,500 agents in Canada.
Lone Wolf, which offers a suite of back-office tools, claims to serve nearly 10,000 real estate offices and 250,000 real estate agents in North America.
Thanks to a recent influx of cash from private equity firm Vista Equity Partners, the Cambridge, Ontario-based firm is on the hunt for acquisitions of firms with between $5 million and $20 million in annual revenue.
