Real estate website developer WebsiteBox has added 40 multiple listings services to its network, bringing the total number of MLSs it supports in the U.S. and Canada to more than 300.
Toronto-based WebsiteBox, which provides websites featuring listing search for a one-time fee of $99, added neighborhood discovery tool FindTheBest to its platform in January and a print-marketing tool in October.
Each tool agents add on to their basic WebsiteBox site costs an additional one-time fee of $99.
One of the firm’s chief competitors, Placester, recently bagged an additional $15 million in funding; that money will help the firm offer agents IDX (Internet data exchange) websites at the exceedingly low price of $10 per month, or $5 per month if they take advantage of the discount for National Association of Realtors members.
