In a deal that aligns it with franchise giant Realogy’s ERA brand while retaining more autonomy than other franchisees, a Nashville, Tennessee-based brokerage with more than 700 agents will now do business as Reliant Realty ERA Powered.
ERA unveiled the “ERA Powered” program in 2011, allowing brokerages with strong local identities to take advantage of the franchisor’s lead management system, training and referral network without completely rebranding. Websites, yard signs and other marketing materials display the “ERA Powered” logo.
Reliant Realty, which closed more than 4,220 transactions totaling more than $814 million in sales volume in 2014, has offices in Nashville, Clarksville, Franklin, Gallatin and Murfreesboro.
“With a focus on expanding our service area and luxury market presence, integrating ERA’s industry-leading tools and technology companywide, and leveraging affiliated services, we are expecting to fuel growth on multiple fronts,” said Reliant Realty owner and principal broker Casey Brown in a statement.
Latter & Blum Cos., which operates Latter & Blum Inc./Realtors, C.J. Brown Realtors Inc. and Noles-Frye Realty in Louisiana and Mississippi, was the first company to sign on to the “ERA Powered” program.
Other “ERA Powered” brokerages include New Albany, Indiana-based Schuler Bauer Real Estate Services; Fremont, California -based brokerage Legacy Real Estate & Associates; and Beaumont, Texas-based American Real Estate.
