Do you have experience and ideas about how to excite, delight, retain and recruit members into an organization? Inman is looking for a talented Member Success Manager to manage the company’s fast-growing Select program, which has an engaged community of readers and contributors.
Inman is an award-winning digital publication covering real estate breaking news, features and industry intelligence. (Inman has 600,000 monthly unique visitors.) Along with our staff journalists, Inman has nearly 200 contributing writers — from tech founders, brokers, agents, technology executives, consultants and property companies — who contribute on the subjects they are most passionate about.
We’re looking for someone with a smart and engaging style who can organize well-planned and cost-effective programs to help our members succeed with the Select program. Membership recruitment and retention are core duties.
This person will own the Select profit-and-loss and must, therefore, possess analytic skills.
Organizational, marketing and graphic design skills, along with core social media and technology talent, are also essential.
This high-level management post will give the person a national view through the lens of the popular Inman media platform.
