Carrington Real Estate Services, the brokerage wing of Carrington Holding Company LLC, has acquired two brokerages to expand its footprint in southwest Florida.
With the acquisition of Tampa-based Realty Direct Tampa and Naples-based Realty Direct Naples, which have approximately 60 agents combined, Carrington now has four offices in the region.
“With this move, Carrington is expanding upon its existing local market presence while continuing to join forces with high-quality organizations,” said Carrington Real Estate Services Executive Vice President Wendy Forsythe in a statement.
In October, Carrington moved into Washington, D.C., with the acquisition of a 230-agent firm. The Santa Ana, California-based firm, formerly Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate, currently has 44 company-owned offices in 17 states and over 1,800 agents.
Last year, Carrington launched the “Carrington Digital Network,” built through a partnership with real estate digital marketing firm BoomTown, which provides brand, office and agent websites, along with CRM and lead generation marketing campaigns for the firm.
