Century 21 Real Estate has renewed two affiliates and signed up three more in the Philadelphia metro market, helping it shore up its presence in the region after losing a large affiliate in October to an acquisition.
Realogy’s largest franchisor renewed franchise agreements with Bill Lublin’s Century 21 Advantage Gold, which has eight offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey serving five counties, and Century 21 Absolute Realty, which is led by Raymond McKinney and Dave Stinson and has offices in Springfield and West Chester.
The three new Century 21 affiliates in the Philadelphia markets are:
- Century 21 Boland, led by Charles Boland and serving Philadelphia County from its office at 6701 Roosevelt Blvd.
- Century 21 Veterans, led by Joe Brogan and headquartered at 1909 Veterans Highway in Levittown, serving Bucks County.
- Century 21 Cornerstone, led by Nicholas Boscaino and headquartered at 485 Devon Park Drive in Wayne, serving Delaware County.
Century 21 lost its largest affiliate in Philadelphia metro market, Century 21 Alliance, when a regional brokerage, The Long & Foster Companies Inc., acquired the 800-agent firm in October.
