A subsidiary of the largest state Realtor association in the country, the California Association of Realtors, is now offering real estate showing management service Showing Suite as a preferred vendor for CAR’s more than 165,000 agents and brokers.
Showing Suite joins seller prospecting tool Benutech and other “business products” CAR subsidiary Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS) makes available to members through an online store that’s designed to be a one-stop shop for tools that Realtors can use to grow and manage their business. CAR says products are screened and evaluated before being offered to members.
Showing Suite provides automated showing scheduling via text, email or phone; allows listing agents to easily obtain feedback from buyer’s agents after they show listings by syncing with electronic lockboxes; and sends text or email notifications when the status or price changes for homes already visited.
The San Diego-based company’s recently released mobile app also caters to each of the four parties in a transaction: the buyer, buyer’s agent, seller and listing agent. The app allows buyers and buyer’s agents to create text, picture and video notes during real estate showings and share those notes on social media networks and with chosen collaborators, including each other.
Listing agents are also able to see all listing showings; request feedback from showing agents; read feedback; view all listing information; call, text or email showing agents or sellers; and receive push notifications of new feedback, showing requests, confirmed showings and task reminders. Sellers are able to see showing statistics for their property.
Showing Suite pricing for individual agents is $39.95 per month with a 30-day free trial. The company offers different pricing options for brokers and multiple listing services. More and more MLSs are helping their members schedule showings online by offering services such as Showing Suite, ShowingTime and Centralized Showing Service Inc.
