Alyssa Hellman, who shared her wisdom about the “Uberfication of real estate” at the most recent Real Estate Connect conference, has left her position as a sales manager and agent with Long & Foster Real Estate to head up Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Go Realty’s online lead program, Go Leads.
Alyssa Hellman talked at Real Estate Connect about how agents who are focused on their clients and their needs, as opposed to individual transactions, are able to help them make better decisions.
Cary, North Carolina-based Go Realty announced it was affiliating with the Realogy franchise brand in August.
In a blog post announcing her decision to join the firm, Hellman said she met Go Realty co-founder Zach Schabot a year ago at an Agent Reboot conference in Boston.
“I had gone up for the day to learn from some of my favorite professionals around the industry,” Hellman recalls. “Many of them friends. Some of them would grow to be friends. And who knew, some would grow to be colleagues.”
Hellman said BHGRE Go Realty “is a special tribe, and along with that comes a special connection to potential customers. A relationship that is built on a set of core values — not on how many leads I can funnel through a robot.”
