Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties will pay to “enhance” listings sent to realtor.com by the brokerage’s 1,500 agents in 50 offices across Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Realtor.com’s “Showcase Listing Enhancement” program provides company branding, links and contact info on listing detail pages, which encourages homebuyers to direct inquires to the listing broker or agent.
Brokers and agents who pay for Showcase Listing Enhancements also prevent Connection for Co-Brokerage lead forms that generate business for competitors’ agents from appearing next to their listing.
“The Showcase Listing Enhancement program from realtor.com enables current and potential customers to connect directly with our real estate agents,” said Candace Adams, president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties, in a statement. “We believe this level of service is unmatched in our regional market area, and we are very pleased to take a leadership position in offering this program to each of the brokers, agents and ultimately the consumers who will benefit most through the efficiency of being able to find accurate information about our properties and to connect with our world-class sales team.”
