Century 21 Real Estate is the first real estate brand to sign on as a sponsor of SeniorHousingNet.com, a search portal for senior living listings and resources owned by realtor.com operator Move Inc.
The Realogy franchisor will receive “premier brand positioning” throughout SeniorHousingNet.com, and will be the sole sponsor of a quarterly newsletter, “Inside Senior Living,” the companies said.
The marketing agreement positions sales associates with U.S.-based Century 21 franchisees to help seniors sell their existing homes after they have found a retirement community, apartment or independent living facility on SeniorHousingNet.com.
