Real Living Lifestyles Real Estate has joined RealtyTrac’s broker network as an exclusive member in San Diego, which gives its 250 agents access to data and leads from the foreclosure marketplace.
As a member of the network, Real Living Lifestyles also has the ability to supply its branded listings to RealtyTrac’s marketplace, and gains access to 30 types of neighborhood data from RealtyTrac’s subsidiary, HomeFacts.
“We know the network will help us go to new heights with our support for agents and the consumer,” said Steve Rodgers, president and CEO of Real Living Lifestyles, in a statement.
RealtyTrac launched its brokerage network in February 2013. Member firms pay to license RealtyTrac’s data and to be the exclusive recipient of RealtyTrac leads in their market.
Other members of the network include Arvada, Colorado-based Re/Max Alliance; Chase International, which serves markets including Reno, Nevada and Lake Tahoe; Brentwood, Tennessee-based Bob Parks Realty; Oklahoma City-based Prudential Alliance Realty; Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Prudential Detrick Realty; Prudential Utah Real Estate; and HER Realtors.
In April, Irvine, California-based First Team Real Estate replaced one of the RealtyTrac broker network’s founding members, Yorba Linda, California-based Prudential California Realty, as the exclusive partner in Orange and Irvine counties.
