Of the big four real estate search portals, realtor.com is the most “friendly” for listing agents and brokers, according to a poll of Inman News readers.
The poll accompanied a July 23 story about a report by real estate consulting firm Clareity Consulting outlining steps that Zillow, Trulia and Homes.com have taken to persuade brokers and multiple listing services to provide them with direct feeds.
Among 1,516 Inman News readers responding to the poll as of July 30, 46.9 percent said realtor.com was the most friendly, followed by Trulia (33 percent), Zillow (16.7 percent) and Homes.com (3.4 percent).
