An expanded partnership between the Canadian Real Estate Association and Instanet Solutions allows CREA’s more than 106,000 members to use Instanet’s paperless transaction management and e-signature tool to complete deals.
The “deep integration” between the two organizations includes a button within CREA’s form-filling technology WEBForms that allows members to seamlessly send their completed CREA forms to Instanet Solutions for further processing, said Steve Mapes, vice president of sales at Instanet Solutions.
Once the documents are in Instanet Solutions’ platform, CREA members can add non-CREA forms like surveys and title paperwork to the deal, send them out for e-signature via the firm’s Authentisign technology and manage the rest of the transaction using its TransactionDesk cloud-based software, Mapes said.
In addition to the WEBForms integration, the expanded partnership gives CREA members access to unlimited document cloud storage with Instanet Solutions, as well as unlimited inbound and outbound electronic faxes at no additional cost.
CREA began offering Instanet Solutions’ Authentisign e-signature solution to members in January 2013.
