Retail mortgage lender Guaranteed Rate has launched a new version of Partner Xchange, a coaching site for real estate professionals, that includes insights and expertise from more than 50 of the nation’s top real estate agents.
Partner Xchange says it will provide the more than 30,000 real estate professionals who are registered users with a new coaching video each week, covering an aspect of four fundamental areas of growing a business: building a team, marketing, business development and using smart technology.
Partner Xchange also posts two technology and social media tips each week, and features a 40-minute live training webinar each month that it says can help agents “Double your business and dominate your market.”
The site provides links to helpful articles and websites, and publishes a directory of real estate smartphone and tablet apps featuring dozens of apps vetted by Partner Xchange.
Partner Xchange will continue to provide features and tools including Enjoy Magazine, fliers, a loan status monitor, closing cost coupons, e-books, widgets, mortgage calculators and an agent directory.
Licensed in all 50 states, Chicago-based Guaranteed Rate claims to be one of the 10 largest retail mortgage lenders in the U.S., with 175 offices nationwide.
Mortgage lenders build ties to real estate brokers and agents in the hopes that their clients will take out loans with them. Many real estate brokerages provide their own mortgage, title insurance and settlement services in-house.
Last fall, Bank of America Home Loans announced that it had teamed up with real estate coach Tom Ferry to provide content for its Agent Resource Center.
