Vanessa Bergmark, general manager and partner of the East San Francisco Bay brokerage Red Oak Realty, says there’s been a resurgence of emotional relationships in real estate — and that’s a good thing.
“I think it’s re-engaging with our client base — there are people who have come between the agent and their client via technology, and I think it’s kind of finding your clients again,” she said. Real estate is full of statistics, technology and contracts, but it will always be a “very emotional business.”
