Real estate software provider planetRE has signed real estate companies Engel & Volkers California and Intero Real Estate Services in Texas to contracts for its compensation management platform, planetRE Money.
PlanetRE Money offers a rules-based commission and fees engine for sales accounting and brokerage reporting and analytics, and it integrates with financial management software QuickBooks.
“PlanetRE Money provides our franchisees with a robust cloud-based financial management and reporting system,” said Mathias Bode, CEO and president of Engel & Volkers California, in a statement. “The system provides the transparency and business intelligence for managing this competitive business.”
The company’s other offerings include planetRE Socialite, a lead generation system that provides IDX websites and customer relationship management tools to capture and incubate real estate leads, and planet RECompliance, a transaction management platform.
