Here are 10 holiday gifts for the tech-savvy Realtor:

1. Goji Smart Lock

Goji is an electronic locking system for your home that is managed directly from your phone. The device is mounted to the door and configured over a Wi-Fi network. The Goji sports an ultra-cool design and includes features such as person-to-person access, an activity log, notification alerts and the ability to photograph visitors. The device was successfully funded on Indiegogo (an international crowdfunding platform) this summer, and is a perfect gift for any Realtor and or client.

2. Nest Protect

Nest, the company that brought you the super-slick smart thermostat, has created a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. Nest Protect comes in two flavors: battery and wired 120V. Safety is no accident and, like the Goji, this smart smoke and carbon monoxide alarm is a great gift for any Realtor and or client.

4. SanDisk Connect Wireless Flash Drive

The SanDisk Connect Wireless Flash Drive is a neat product. The flash drive enables you to wirelessly store and share files across all devices without an Internet connection. This is a cool cross-platform solution when you find yourself without an Internet connection or simply want to access files and content that you would rather not have stored in the cloud such as sensitive client data. The flash drive comes in two sizes: 16 GB and 32 GB. Setup is super easy — just turn on and connect.

Like the Goji Smart Lock, the Pebble watch came to fruition through the power of crowdfunding. As stated on the website, “Pebble is the smartwatch that 85,000+ people brought to life through Kickstarter. After setting the Kickstarter funding record, Pebble has continued to develop into a fully functional and customizable smartwatch ecosystem.”

The Pebble is a sleek watch with tremendous upside. It features changeable straps, apps, e-paper display, is waterproof and, unlike the Samsung Galaxy Gear, the Pebble supports iOS and Android, and has a super-long battery life of five to seven days.

8. Apple TV

Apple TV is so much more than movies, music and TV shows. One of my favorites features is AirPlay, which enables you to wirelessly stream or mirror content from your Mac or iOS device. Adding an Apple TV to the office will eliminate the need for projectors and muddled audio visual cables, and will transform any conference room or training center. The device is a great gift for the home or office.

10. GoPro

One of my favorite cameras and devices on the market today, the GoPro will add some serious action to your property or community videos. GoPro has quietly been rebranding itself from an extreme sports camera to an “everything” camera. As Nick Woodman, the founder and CEO of GoPro, recently discussed with Anderson Cooper during a “60 Minutes” segment, “Everybody around the world does something that they’d like to capture and relive and share with other people.”
