Hunt Real Estate ERA, which has 36 offices and 1,000 agents in New York state and Phoenix, has launched a new mobile-optimized website and customer relationship management (CRM) platform powered by real estate tech and data firm CoreLogic.

The new consumer-facing site at huntrealestate.com, part of a customized version of CoreLogic’s AgentAchieve product, includes free customized public websites for Hunt Real Estate’s agents, and direct access to multiple listing service data and digital and print marketing tools.

The CRM portion of the site includes a dashboard feature that allows agents to monitor leads and market listings, and allows consumers to save searches, sign up for automatic listing updates and communicate with an agent.

“Our new website is another example of how we are making everything about real estate and homeownership services easier for everyone in the markets we serve,” said Peter Hunt, Hunt Real Estate ERA’s chairman and CEO, in a statement.

Large Northeast brokerage William Raveis Real Estate won an Inman News Innovator of the Year award in 2011 for its implementation of the customized CRM AgentAchieve product from CoreLogic.

In July, franchisor Intero Real Estate extended its relationship with AgentAchieve to offer virtual office websites for all of its franchisees that include the website-CRM integration the product is known for.

Thousands of agents have signed up to use CoreLogic’s AgentAchieve CRM platform this year through broker agreements like the one CoreLogic established with Hunt Real Estate ERA, said Chris Bennet, general manager of the CoreLogic’s real estate services group.

Hunt Real Estate ERA’s new website features a simplified search bar on the home page that allows consumers to search for homes by school district and local market info, and by lists of nearby amenities on the site’s property detail pages, said Meryl Mosack, a spokeswoman for the real estate firm.

One of the appealing aspects of the new site and CRM for the firm was that it unified the brokerage’s front and back ends, Mosack said.
