Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE), a network of 500 brokerages in 40 countries with approximately 120,000 agents, has selected DocuSign as its exclusive e-signature provider.
The relationship gives agents at LeadingRE brokerages a $50 discount off the $180 yearly price of DocuSign — the same discount available to Realtors through the National Association of Realtors’ member benefits program. NAR took a stake in DocuSign in 2009.
Individual brokerages within the network may be able to negotiate better pricing, based on agent penetration with DocuSign, said Robin LaSure, vice president of corporate marketing at LeadingRE.
In April, DocuSign partnered with the Canadian Real Estate Association to offer the service to its members at a discount. In May, the e-signature platform, which rolled out an electronic notary service last month, acquired transaction management platform Cartavi.
