Transaction management platform provider Cartavi has updated its document management solution for real estate agents and brokers, providing a streamlined user interface for both Web and mobile app users, and also making the product available as a responsive Web application that adapts to the browser screen size of desktop or mobile devices.
Cartavi 3.0’s responsive design provides an “app-like” experience to users who choose to access their Cartavi account through a mobile Web browser, the company said. The document management solution is also available as a mobile app for Apple and Android devices.
New time-saving features in version 3.0 include the ability to drag-and-drop documents into the Cartavi Web app, or email them directly into a transaction to streamline workflows. Documents can now be previewed on the Web, allowing users to fully view them before taking action, the company said.
Transaction monitoring has also been updated to allow iPhone users to monitor transactions in real time as they’re routed through the signature process, so users always know the status of any deal. A new dashboard in the Web app allows users to immediately view the activity and status of all transactions, documents, participants and signatures.
Cartavi, which was acquired by e-signature firm DocuSign in May, said it plans to release a new product for small teams and brokers sometime in early 2014.
