ELK Software is offering potential clients a 14-day free trial of the latest version of its transaction management platform, Realty Commander.
The Ann Arbor, Mich.-based company says Realty Commander helps brokers and agents manage paperless documents, notes, tasks, showings and offers using an online portal. The platform now supports both traditional and short sales for listing agents, and buyer files for buyer’s agents.
Agents can upload and store documents, track a file’s progress, follow up and distribute leads, and schedule showings. They can also log every email sent and received right in the file.
Clients can be provided with a login, allowing them to view status updates, add their own comments and upload documents. All parties associated with a file can access it from a computer, tablet or mobile device to updates at any time.
The suite of features for buyer’s agents allows them to assign and track buyer leads, capture their search criteria, work more closely with investors, and create a simple showings schedule that buyers can print when they go to look at homes, the company said.
Pricing starts at $49 per month for a two-user license, with unlimited guest access and users, plus unlimited files and documents.
