PropertyInfo Corp. has updated its SureClose transaction management platform to allow users to electronically sign closing documents any time, from anywhere with Internet access, using the company’s eClosingRoom technology.
SureClose 3.7 also offers:
- Secure messaging to send protected documents as hyperlinks, or send entire messages, including attachments, as a secure message.
- New and improved login interface.
- New fields enabling users to split and file messages and documents.
- Improved contact search functionality.
