Kirkland, Wash.-based Northwest Multiple Listing Service will offer its more than 21,000 subscribers real estate technology tools provided by Instanet Solutions, including online forms, document management, cloud storage for real estate documents, electronic signatures, and fax-to-email services.
NWMLS has been operating its own forms platform for almost 20 years, and is the proprietor of standard real estate forms for its member real estate professionals and for Washington Realtors, said NWMLS CEO Tom Hurdelbrink in a statement.
Instanet Solutions has provided its electronic signature solution, Authentisign, to NWMLS members for almost two years.
“As a vendor, Instanet has been very responsive and attentive to us,” Hurdelbrink said. “We have been studying suppliers who could help us serve our mission of benefiting our member community by fostering a cooperative environment.”
Instanet Solutions claims more than 400,000 licensed, paid user accounts of real estate products including Instanet Forms, TransactionDesk, DocBox, DocBox2Go, InstanetFax, Authentisign and Authentisign2Go.
