Cloud CMA, a report-generating software used by 67,000 real estate pros from 75 multiple listing services (MLS), has added an interactive layer to its iPad presentations that allows users to access MLS data from within the presentation, including additional listings and photos.
The software, from Huntington Beach, Calif.-based W&R Studios, allows users to generate reports — including comparative market analyses, buyer tours, property reports and fliers — built from MLS data and info from real estate portals and other sites.
“Now, users can interact with MLS data, choose to view listings right from a map, and view additional photos with just a tap,” said Greg Robertson, co-founder of W&R Studios.

Last year, W&R Studios released a broker edition of Cloud CMA that includes a dashboard that brokers can use to monitor, and possibly monetize, use of the tool.
