Using Google’s API for its breakthrough new wearable computer technology, Google Glass, Trulia is building an app for the device that will give consumers a new way to shop for a home using the cutting-edge technology.
The app, Trulia for Glass, will prompt Glass to notify users when they’re near a home that meets their search criteria, let them see listing details and images by sliding their finger along the Glass headset, or listen to the device “read” out a property description. The app will also allow a user to call or email an agent right from the device.

“The Trulia team is continuing to tweak and improve the app, and we hope that sometime soon it will be available for Google Glass wearers to download,” Jeff McConathy said in a post on the Trulia company blog.
