Real estate app company N-Play says it’s moved all of its services to Microsoft’s cloud computing platform, Windows Azure, citing the platform’s flexibility, reliability, scalability and reduced overhead.

Integration with Windows Azure means better performance and faster response time, and reduced overhead allows the company us to stay competitive in the growing real estate market on Facebook, said Daniel Fuchs, director of product development at N-Play, in a statement.

Jacksonville, Fla.-based N-Play offers a suite of real estate-related Facebook apps, including IDX Home Search, which allows agents in markets where the company has approval from multiple listings services to auto-import listings to Facebook business pages.
N-Play’s advertising and lead generation service, READ ADvantage, allows agents who are members of the company’s Real Estate Agent Directory to promote their services and listings on Facebook.  READ Advantage gives agents insights from the company’s consumer-facing app, Property Pins,  which allows prospective homebuyers to find, pin, organize and share their favorite properties and find agents to work with.
