Zillow added Spanish support to its Android home-rental app today, Mashable reported.
In addition, the app added the ability to search for rentals based on characteristics including pet policies, parking availability and laundry facilities, the tech blog reported. The app also enables people to browse geographic areas for rentals and compare Zestimates of those areas on a single page, Mashable said.
"With rental markets becoming increasingly competitive, it’s particularly important for all renters to have instant access to tools that can help them track the newest listings, and contact landlords anytime, anywhere," Zillow Vice-President of Rentals David Vivero told Mashable.
