ListedBy, an online real estate marketplace and social network that features live bidding, is now allowing users to review and rate service providers on the site.
Registered users can rate the site’s service providers, which include property managers, architects, brokers and other real estate-related businesses, via a five-star system and write reviews that show up on the providers’ profile on the site.
"We’re introducing tools that make it easy for ListedBy members to share their experience and opinion, which benefits their service provider and works to drive higher levels of service in the industry," said Stephan Piscano, CEO and founder of ListedBy, in a statement.
According to a statement from ListedBy, service providers can list themselves for free in the site’s directory, which "is designed to give ListedBy.com users convenient access to information on local real estate-related services across the United States."
The site, which currently features 1,162 live-offer listings in the U.S., also features traditional for-sale and for-rent homes.
Last month, ListedBy opened up search on the site to all visitors, not just registered users. However, users must still register and sign in to make bids on and list properties.
