ListedBy.com, an online real estate marketplace and social network that features live bidding, is no longer requiring users to register before surfing the site’s listings.
"Our vision for real estate is an open, fully transparent and free environment for everyone," said Stephan Piscano, CEO and founder of ListedBy Inc., which features residential and commercial bank-owned properties (REOs), multiple listing service and public, government and bank auction listings.
Users must still register to post listings, bid on properties and post in the ListedBy user forum.
ListedBy said it expects to attract more than 30,000 unique visitors to its website in February.
