Paperless transaction management provider dotloop says it’s signed up five more state Realtor associations to provide the company’s cloud-based platform as a member benefit to more than 50,000 Realtors.
The Delaware, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont state Realtor associations have all signed agreements with dotloop in the last 60 days, the company said. Dotloop announced in October that it had signed the Arizona Association of Realtors as its first state association customer.
Dotloop says its platform allows state associations to provide their members with "full access to interactive form libraries through one transaction experience, enabling them to review, negotiate and sign deals, all from dotloop’s secure online platform, while also maintaining all necessary version and access controls."
Founded in 2009, Cincinnati-based dotloop recently hired Chad Humphrey as its director of industry relations. Humphrey, who has worked for Move Inc. and real estate forms company Form Simplicity, said in a statement that rapid growth of state associations adopting dotloop "is a testament to the major obstacles paperwork creates for members that want to be more efficient, complete more deals and collaborate online with clients."
Dotloop CEO Austin Allison was named Inman News’ Innovator of the Year for 2012, and the company announced in September that it had hired Inman News Chief Evangelist Chris Smith as its "chief paper killer."
Allison will be a featured speaker at Real Estate Connect New York City, which takes place Jan. 16-18 at the Grand Hyatt New York.
