Real estate search site Trulia is partnering with DotLoop, the paperless transaction management platform provider, with the two companies agreeing to jointly promote their online real estate services to agents and homebuyers.

"This partnership is a natural extension for agents meeting buyers and sellers on Trulia to sign and close on a transaction with DotLoop," said Trulia CEO Pete Flint in a statement.

DotLoop claims more than 20 percent of real estate agents in the U.S. and Canada currently use its secure online platform to share and electronically sign transaction documents in real time.

Trulia estimates that 40 percent of active real estate agents use its site and services it provides for brokers and agents.

This week Trulia announced a new incentive program aimed at getting real estate brokers to provide listings directly to the site, instead of through syndication companies that collect listings from multiple listing services and brokers and distribute them to third-party sites.

Participating brokers will receive weekly reports to help them track the number of leads their listings generate on the site, and through distribution on Trulia’s mobile apps.

In addition to the Trulia Broker Program, Trulia has begun accepting applications for a new beta program, "Trulia IQ," to provide additional intelligence including on-demand analytics about the performance of the broker’s listings, insights into the behavior of prospective clients, and tools to convert more leads to closings.
