Two brokerages affiliated with Realogy Corp. franchise brands have merged their operations, positioning the combined company as a market leader in Northeast Houston.
Humble, Texas-based Century 21 Outstanding Homes has merged its operations with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene’s West Lake Houston Office, the companies said.
Mark and Rebekah Snipp, who purchased Outstanding Homes in 2008, will work together as a sales team in the West Lake Houston office. Lisa Dempsey, the West Lake Houston office manager, will lead the combined operation.
Century 21 Outstanding Homes lists 52 agents on its website. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene — which this week announced it was dropping its affiliation with Prudential Real Estate — claims to be Houston’s leading residential real estate brokerage, with more than 850 agents in 20 offices closing sales of $1.58 billion in 2011.
"This merger will position the combined organization as one of the market leaders in the Atascocita/Kingwood market," Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene co-owner Mark Woodroof said in a statement. "Our companies share common core values and a passion for exceeding both consumer and agent expectations."
