Users of HomeActions’ e-Relationship platform can now embed market statistics from selected multiple listing services to the newsletters they email to consumers.
Scranton, Pa.-based HomeActions says its e-Relationship client and prospect relationship platform now provides integration with interactive market reports from Real Estate Business Intelligence (RBI).
A subsidiary of one of the nation’s largest MLSs — Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS) — RBI generates market reports that cover the MRIS footprint and other selected MLSs, including Arizona Regional MLS and My Florida Regional MLS.
"RBI market reports include regional, county, city and ZIP code market data that portray agents as a local market expert," HomeActions said in announcing the deal. "An upgraded subscription to RBI affords the agent a myriad of useful, interactive reports and metrics, and the ability to match up defined areas."
Last month, HomeActions said Atlanta-based franchisor Nextage Realty International LLC had selected the company as the "preferred e-marketing and relationship tool for its offices and agents."
