An indoor regulation-sized basketball court, high-end amenities, and security gates emblazoned with the famous No. 23 — this sprawling Chicago estate can only belong to one person: Michael Jordan.

Jordan’s Chicago-area home in Highland Park has officially hit the market, with a price tag befitting the NBA legend: $29 million.

Five years after Jordan’s pricey divorce from his wife of 17 years, Juanita, the longtime home is for sale. Although the home has more than just a few traces of the Hall of Famer, Juanita is the one who reportedly owns the property, winning it in the $168 million divorce settlement.

The custom home sprawls over eight acres in the high-end Chicago suburb of Highland Park. Situated about 30 miles outside of Chicago, Highland Park home values are currently estimated at $387,400.

The Jordans’ home has 56,000 square feet of living space, which includes nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and five fireplaces. The property also includes a guesthouse, pool area, outdoor tennis court and three garages.

Although Michael designed the custom home in 1995, he has moved on. The former Chicago Bulls star is building another custom estate in Florida with his new fiancee, model Yvette Prieto.

Michael purchased a three-acre property in Jupiter, Fla., and built a 28,000-square-foot home that includes three separate structures: a guard house, guesthouse and pool house, in 2010. He also bought additional lots for $4.8 million to expand his home.

Located in prestigious The Bears Club development, agent Cary Lichtenstein of Christies Great Estates claims Michael’s estate will run northward of $20 million, making it the "most expensive non-waterfront home in the Palm Beaches."

When construction finished on Michael’s Highland Park home in 1995, the basketball player was at the top of his game. Returning from an early retirement, Michael was one of the most popular figures in basketball and the face of several ad campaigns and products.

His sports accolades include two Olympic Gold medals, five-time NBA MVP award-winner, 10 NBA scoring titles and he led his teams to six NBA championships. Michael also currently owns the Charlotte Bobcats.

The Highland Park listing is held by Katherine Chez-Malkin of Baird & Warner Real Estate.
