Chicago-based Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has acquired Keller Williams Gold Coast and the firm’s 200 sales associates will operate under the Coldwell Banker banner, the companies said.
Keller Williams Gold Coast has four offices in the Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, Lincoln Square and the West Loop neighborhoods of Chicago.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage operates 51 offices with more than 3,300 sales associates and is part of Realogy Corp. subsidiary NRT LLC, the nation’s largest brokerage firm.
