One individual will be recognized as the "People’s Choice" Most Influential Real Estate Leader based on a popular vote of Inman News readers. (Note: This People’s Choice recognition is separate from the Inman 100 list of Most Influential Real Estate Leaders process, which is selected based on reader nominations and an internal review and selection process by Inman News. The nominations process closed Nov. 1 for the Inman 100 list, and the list will be published later this month.)
Please do not cast multiple votes for the same individual. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. Duplicate Reader’s Choice votes cast by the same individual will not be considered. The People’s Choice winner will be announced during the Real Estate Connect conference in New York City, which runs from Jan. 11-13, 2012.
Last year the People’s Choice winner was Chris Smith, formerly of the Tech Savvy Agent blog. Smith now serves as the chief evangelist for Inman News and is a leading contributor to the InmanNext blog. Inman News staff, contributors and columnists are not eligible for the People’s Choice recognition
