The Skinny: Before they achieved super-stardom, the young screenwriting and acting duo of Matt Damon and Ben Affleck holed up in this fantastical spread in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles. It was within these stucco walls that the pair penned the Academy Award-winning screenplay for "Good Will Hunting," the flick that propelled them to A-list status. The broker babble claims the house was inspired by the Hansel and Gretel fairytale, but the four-bedroom fixer-upper is going to need to come up with a more convincing story to tell potential buyers. The celebrity connection hasn’t done the property any favors — it has been on the market for 195 days now without finding a buyer and took a $50,000 price cut earlier this month.
